Daniel 10-12; 1 John 1

1 John 1:5 “…God is light, and in him there is no darkness at all.”  In discussions with friends and associates I have heard doubts expressed and some darkness attributed to God.  This I think is the subtle insinuating voice of the Tempter, or maybe it is grounded in our fallen nature.  In response to our own suffering or the suffering of those we love – darkness – how can an all-powerful God not share responsibility in that?  I just know that to be truly free to return love for love, suffering and evil are inescapably intertwined with that freedom.

GOD’S ANSWER: Genuine love can’t be forced on anyone.  Lucifer and the rest, their decision not to serve hurt Me.  I love them with an eternal burning Love, which only scalds them and makes them hate Me all the more, and hate those who return My Love.  So it will be in the New Creation: My children who have longed for union with Me will have their heart’s desire; the rest will have the reward of their heart’s desire also.
