1 Samuel 16-18; John 9

John 9:35-39 When Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, he found him and said, “Do you believe in the Son of Man?” He answered and said, “Who is he, sir, that I may believe in him?” Jesus said to him, “You have seen him and the one speaking with you is he.”  He said, “I do believe, Lord,” and he worshiped him.  Then Jesus said, “I came into this world for judgment, so that those who do not see might see, and those who do see might become blind.”

John Chapter 9 is another great encounter with Christ, this time with the man born blind.  We are blind in our sins, but Jesus the Great Physician can heal us of our blindness if we let him.  Of course just as we have to acknowledge our blindness, Jesus cannot heal those who insist they can see perfectly well.

GOD’S ANSWER:  Pray every day that my son heals you over your spiritual blindness, which prevents you from seeing what is real.
